  Into the eyes I love When I look into the eyes I love I see hopes and dreams fulfilled, I see majesty and grace with flickers of sunshine that brighten my day.  Every year we hope to spend the day in which we celebrate love, union and relationships with that special someone who makes our hearts flutter, and gives us butterflies in our stomach but isn't love supposed to be an everyday thing in a relationship like it's supposed to be shown 365 days a year so why on this particular day do we feel so pressed to go above and beyond??? I'll tell you what I think it is we have become so accustom to what society has told us is the way of doing things that we forget that we are simply just boosting the economy on that day because most people spend an arm and a leg on valentine's day and hate each other the other 364 days of the year and that is simply sad. I bet you money you will see a hundred or more engagements and thousands more marriages posted on social media on that day whose love interest are still dealing with them and someone else or wasn't sure if they really even wanted to go through with it but their partner pressured ...

 I would say it's a hard no for me. Even though we all have our own thoughts of what we believe love is and what it looks like to us we have to understand the factors that have built these certain preconceived notations and if we are willing to give up what we believe in order to gain love. Here are some of the contributing factors such as religion, upbringing, society and culture. Can it be in our best interest to choose differently from what we are use to and could that possibly end up being the love of our life? I generally have a type but in the last couple of years I have tried to be more open minded in terms of the men I date hoping to find my forever partner without having a bias in place. I can't lie it's hard to date men you aren't generally attracted to and it takes a lot of patience during the dating process and changing your state of mind to not compare them to men you are use to dealing with.
